CONGRATULATIONS – euroterra CELEBRATES 25 YEARS OF BUSINESS ANNIVERSARY

Under the motto "Human. Space. Time.", we had the pleasure of celebrating our 25th anniversary on Monday, September 23, 2024. It's hard to believe that it has already been five years since our last anniversary celebration for our 20th anniversary, during which we have tackled many beautiful and challenging tasks. Especially in recent years, our strong conviction that a peaceful, human coexistence in professional, personal, and societal contexts is a valuable asset has been reinforced.
For this reason, it was particularly important for us as a team to invite not only representatives of our clients, our co-planners, craftsmen, and builders, but also the people who use, live in, and experience the spaces we have designed and implemented over the last 25 years. We were delighted to welcome employees and parents from the Ronald McDonald House with Oase at the Altona Children’s Hospital, guests and helpers from the hospice at the Jewish Hospital in Hamburg, and residents of the Stiftung Mensch, who made the journey from Meldorf for this evening.

“Happy, content, and a bit proud, we look back on 25 years of euroterra. From a 'one-man show' to an architectural and engineering office with nearly 20 employees, specializing successfully in complex construction tasks in hospital and industrial special construction, we have made a name for ourselves as a reliable partner,” reflects our founder and managing director of euroterra GmbH, Marc Ewers, with gratitude for the past years. “Buildings are more than just physical structures for us. They express our passion and our pursuit of ‘good spaces’. But the true meaning lies in the people who use them, live in them, recover, and work there. It is a gift to engage with people. Architecture shapes and influences our lives – and vice versa. Therefore, it is not just us and our clients and all others involved in planning and construction who create buildings and spaces, but above all, the people who bring them to life – in their own unique ways.”

It was a special, moving, and humorous evening at the Alma Hoppe Lustspielhaus, centered around the program of “Alfons – now even more German,” whose personal story reflects our motto "Human. Space. Time." and our attitude towards human coexistence in many ways.

Thus, we have decided not only to support Emmanuel Peterfalvi alias “Alfons” with the donations we received for our 25th anniversary on a one-time basis. We would like to sustainably support his school project, where he engages students – with his unique gift for reaching people – to convey the idea of democracy.
We were very pleased that so many companions accepted our invitation and thank you for all the kind wishes, good thoughts, and numerous gifts and donations!

Below, we provide a small selection of images from the evening – for further image requests or information about the school project, please feel free to contact our colleague Carmen Ewers at PR@euroterra.de!
